Perpres 110/2025 puts the national carbon architecture on one page: who registers, who verifies, and which units count toward the national target. For asset owners the practical change is simple. A claim now has to be registered in SRN before it can be sold, and the data behind it has to be traceable.
Three things to check
- Is your generation or emission reduction registered in SRN PPI?
- Is the measurement method one an independent verifier will accept?
- Is the buyer able to retire the unit against an Indonesian obligation?
Most of the units we see fail on the second point. The number exists, but it was modelled from a desk rather than measured at the source.
